1. License to Use the Platform

1.1 NuroCore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of browsing and purchasing products in accordance with these Terms.

2. Prohibited Conduct

2.1 You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:

Use the Platform in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right;
Misrepresent your identity, age, jurisdiction, or research purpose;
Use the Platform to obtain products for unlawful resale, distribution, or human/animal administration;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, mirror, frame, harvest, or data-mine the Platform or any portion of it;
Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious code;
Interfere with, disrupt, or impose unreasonable load on the Platform infrastructure;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform, any related systems, or any other user’s account;
Use bots, crawlers, or automated tools to interact with the Platform without express written permission;
Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information, including false reviews, fake orders, or counterfeit returns;
Use the Platform to send spam, phishing communications, or any form of unsolicited commercial messaging;
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation;
Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair NuroCore’s brand, reputation, or operations.

3. User Accounts

3.1 If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You must notify NuroCore immediately of any suspected unauthorised use.

3.2 NuroCore reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably suspects breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or unlawful conduct.

4. Third-Party Links and Content

4.1 The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. NuroCore does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

5. Availability

5.1 NuroCore does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The Platform may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or for any other reason at NuroCore’s sole discretion.

6. Termination

6.1 NuroCore may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately and without notice for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall cease, and clauses concerning intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution shall survive.
