— About the NuroCore Assistant
The Assistant is here to help — but it can make mistakes.
In an attempt to be helpful, the NuroCore Assistant can occasionally produce responses that are incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. This is a known limitation of all generative-AI assistants, including ours. Treat its responses as a starting point for your research, not a final answer.
Why responses may be wrong
The Assistant is built on a frontier large language model. Like every model in this class, it occasionally generates content that looks authoritative but isn’t grounded in fact — sometimes called “hallucination.” Specific failure modes to watch for:
- Stale information — the Assistant may not have been trained on the most recent research or product releases.
- Confident-sounding citations — it can produce study titles, author names, or quotes that look real but aren’t.
- Subtle dose or unit errors — it can misstate mg, mcg, IU, or volume conversions in ways that look plausible.
- Mixing protocols — it may blend information about distinct compounds when their names are similar.
Working with the Assistant
The Assistant is best treated as a way to frame a research question, not answer it definitively. Specifically:
- Verify any specific number — half-lives, prices, citations — against a trusted source before acting.
- Don’t treat the response as medical advice. The Assistant is not a clinician. Clinical decisions sit with qualified healthcare professionals who know your full context.
- Cross-check with cited sources when the Assistant references a study or paper. Original sources may carry context the synthesis omits.
- Re-ask if the answer feels off. Phrasing matters; sometimes a follow-up clarifies.
What the Assistant is not
The Assistant is informational only. It does not:
- Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
- Replace a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
- Make purchase decisions on your behalf.
- Have access to your account, order history, or personal data unless you explicitly share it during the conversation.
Privacy
Conversations with the Assistant are processed by our underlying model provider in line with our Privacy Policy. Don’t share information you wouldn’t want stored.
Reporting a bad response
If the Assistant produces a response that looks materially wrong — particularly around dose, safety, or compound identity — please email [email protected] with a screenshot and the prompt. We use this feedback to improve the system prompt and guard rails.
NuroCore products are sold for laboratory and research purposes only. Not for human consumption. The Assistant exists to help researchers contextualise the literature — it is not a clinical tool.
