Age Verification & Eligibility

1. Minimum Age

1.1 You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account, place an order, or otherwise transact on the Platform. Where the age of majority in your jurisdiction is higher than twenty-one (21), the higher age applies.

2. Age Verification

2.1 By creating an account or placing an order, you affirmatively confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and authorise NuroCore to take reasonable steps to verify your age, which may include:

Self-declaration via mandatory checkbox at checkout;
Date-of-birth confirmation;
Where required, request for a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification.

2.2 NuroCore reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or void any order where age cannot be reasonably verified.

3. Consequences of Misrepresentation

3.1 Misrepresenting your age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms. NuroCore reserves the right to cancel any order, retain payments where lawful, ban the buyer permanently, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

4. Parental and Guardian Notice

4.1 If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that a minor has accessed the Platform, please contact [email protected]. NuroCore will take prompt action to remove any associated account and data.
