Research-Use-Only Acknowledgement

Effective Date: 29 April 2026

This Acknowledgement must be affirmatively accepted at checkout via a mandatory, unchecked-by-default checkbox. The acceptance, IP address, and timestamp will be logged.

By ticking the box at checkout, I irrevocably confirm and agree that:

I am at least twenty-one (21) years of age (or the age of majority in my jurisdiction, whichever is greater).
I have read, understood, and accept the NuroCore Labs Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, Privacy Policy, Website Use Policy, and Age Verification Policy.
I am purchasing Research Products solely for in vitro laboratory research use. I will NOT administer, ingest, inject, inhale, apply, or otherwise introduce any Research Product into a human or animal body.
I understand that Research Products are NOT pharmaceutical drugs, NOT dietary supplements, NOT cosmetics, NOT food, and NOT medical devices, and have NOT been evaluated or approved by the FDA, EMA, MOHAP, DOH, DHA, or any equivalent regulatory authority for human or veterinary use.
I represent that my purchase, possession, importation, and use of these Research Products is lawful in my jurisdiction, and I bear sole responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws.
I am not an employee, agent, or representative of any regulatory authority, intellectual property enforcement firm, or law enforcement agency acting in an investigative capacity.
I assume all risk associated with my use of the Research Products and irrevocably release, indemnify, and hold harmless NuroCore Labs LLC, its directors, officers, employees, suppliers, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from such use.
I agree that any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in the Dubai Global Market under the ADGMAC Arbitration Rules, and I waive any right to participate in any class or collective action.
