Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

1. General Position

1.1 Due to the nature of NuroCore’s products (research-grade biological compounds, sterile sachets, and capsule supplements with specific storage and handling requirements that cannot be verified once a product leaves NuroCore’s controlled facility), all sales are final. Returns are not accepted other than as expressly set out in this Policy.

1.2 This position is consistent with industry standard for research chemicals, pharmaceuticals, supplements, and any product where chain-of-custody and storage integrity directly affect product safety and integrity.

2. Order Cancellation

2.1 Orders may be cancelled by the buyer free of charge only if a written cancellation request is received at [email protected] before the order has entered the dispatch process (typically within four (4) hours of order placement during business hours).

2.2 Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2.3 NuroCore reserves the unconditional right to cancel any order at any time prior to dispatch and refund the buyer in full, without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

3.1 In the limited case of products arriving visibly damaged, with broken seals, or materially defective on receipt, the buyer must:

Notify NuroCore in writing at [email protected] within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery;
Provide clear photographic evidence of the outer packaging, the damaged item, and the courier shipping label;
Retain the product and packaging for inspection until the claim is resolved.

3.2 Failure to comply with any of the above requirements within the specified timeframe shall result in the claim being denied.

3.3 Where a claim is accepted, NuroCore may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies as the buyer’s exclusive remedy:

Replacement of the damaged product;
Store credit equal to the purchase price of the damaged product;
Refund of the purchase price of the damaged product to the original payment method.

3.4 No remedy will be provided for damage caused by the buyer’s mishandling, improper storage following delivery, or use contrary to product labelling.

4. Incorrect Product Shipped

4.1 If NuroCore ships an incorrect product, the buyer must notify NuroCore within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery. Where the claim is verified, NuroCore will arrange replacement at no additional cost, provided the original product is returned unopened in its original packaging.

5. No Refunds for the Following

5.1 NuroCore will not issue refunds, replacements, or store credits in the following circumstances:

Buyer’s change of mind;
Buyer’s misreading of product specifications, dosage, or intended research application;
Adverse personal reactions of any kind, given that the products are not intended for human consumption;
Customs seizure due to buyer misrepresentation or shipment to restricted jurisdictions;
Delays in shipping not attributable to NuroCore;
Products opened, partially used, or with broken tamper-evident seals;
Products stored improperly after delivery;
Failure to provide required documentation within stipulated timeframes.

6. Chargebacks

6.1 The buyer agrees to contact NuroCore at [email protected] to resolve any payment-related dispute prior to initiating a chargeback.

6.2 Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution constitutes a material breach of these Terms. NuroCore reserves the right to:

Permanently ban the buyer’s account, IP address, and payment method from the Platform;
Pursue collection of the disputed amount, plus all chargeback fees, administrative costs, and reasonable legal fees;
Submit the buyer’s information to relevant fraud prevention databases.

7. Processing of Approved Refunds

7.1 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days of approval. The actual time for funds to appear depends on the buyer’s payment provider and is outside NuroCore’s control.
