Shipping Policy
Effective Date: 29 April 2026
1. Processing Times
1.1 Orders are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following receipt of cleared payment and successful completion of all verification steps, including age verification and the Research-Use-Only Acknowledgement. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
1.2 Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Transit Times
2.1 NuroCore ships internationally where lawful, using vetted courier partners. Indicative transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed:
- GCC region: 2–5 business days
- Rest of world: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs
2.2 Tracking information will be provided by email once the shipment has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Fees, Duties, and Taxes
3.1 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected courier service.
3.2 The buyer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax, brokerage fees, and any other charges levied by the destination country. NuroCore has no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount.
3.3 If a shipment is refused at customs, abandoned, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities, NuroCore shall not be liable for any refund, replacement, or compensation, and any return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
4. Restricted Jurisdictions
4.1 NuroCore does not ship to jurisdictions where the products ordered are prohibited, restricted, or require an import licence the buyer has not obtained. The buyer is solely responsible for confirming the legality of importing any product into the destination country prior to placing an order. Placing an order constitutes a representation that such importation is lawful in the buyer’s jurisdiction.
4.2 NuroCore reserves the right to refuse shipment to any address at its sole discretion.
5. Risk of Loss and Title
5.1 Title and risk of loss for all products pass to the buyer upon delivery of the products to the courier at NuroCore’s facility (FCA Incoterms 2020).
5.2 NuroCore is not responsible for shipments that are lost, stolen, seized, delayed, or damaged after dispatch, except where expressly required by applicable mandatory consumer law.
6. Delivery Attempts, Incorrect Addresses, and Refused Deliveries
6.1 The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. NuroCore shall not be liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the buyer.
6.2 If a shipment is returned to NuroCore due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a courier, the buyer shall bear the cost of re-shipment. No refund will be issued for shipping fees already incurred.
7. Customs, Seizure, and Regulatory Action
7.1 The buyer acknowledges that international shipments are subject to inspection and potential seizure by customs or other regulatory authorities. NuroCore makes no warranty that any shipment will clear customs.
7.2 In the event of customs seizure, NuroCore’s sole obligation, at its discretion, may be to provide a one-time partial reshipment credit, which shall be granted only where:
- Official customs seizure documentation is provided by the buyer within fourteen (14) days of seizure;
- The seizure is not attributable to misrepresentation by the buyer; and
- The destination is not in a jurisdiction NuroCore had previously advised against shipping to.
7.3 No cash refund will be issued in connection with customs seizures.
